Artificial Lawn Newcastle Upon Tyne

This project in Fawdon, Newcastle was a huge domestic overhaul of all the front and rear gardens.
The job consisted of New Driveway using Beamish Cobbles, New Treated timber decking, Synthetic Lawn and all borders gravelled and redone to make for a perfect maintenance free front and back gardens. The Synthetic Turf used in this project is the Excel and is our most popular grass. Its a non sand infill grass so requires no maintenance whatsoever, and better still looks a million dollars.
When setting out on this project the customer initially thought they were going to have to use 2 -3 companies to achieve the different area’s but this really is the strength of Total Driveways Ltd, we are not jack of all trades we simply have staff that specialise in each one of the projects. In less than 2 weeks the whole thing came together and the customer was over the moon.
Fake Grass In Newcastle

This Fake Turf installation in Newcastle was less than straightforward shall we say! With over twelve conifers to remove and approximately 70sq/m of front garden to be levelled before we could even consider laying synthetic turf.
The property in Tynemouth had a very strange front garden consisting of different heights and not enough sunlight for natural turf to grow. The area was perfect for fake grass and the customer choose us after getting Synthetic Turf prices from several companies. The photos below show before and afters of the synthetic turf in Newcastle
Synthetic Lawn in Gateshead

This installation of these Artificial Grass lawns in Gateshead was in the Wardley area, the customer was tired of have a soaking unusable lawn that was always muddy. With the North East weather we find she is not the only one! The garden patio at the property was also considered as it was over 15 years old.
The garden was redesigned to make it practical and maintenance free. New Ashbourne three size flags were installed at the top and bottom of garden, with the fantastic excel Artificial Lawn through the middle, gravel and kerbs were installed around the garden to finish it off nicely and make sure it was all maintenance free for the customer. All they have to do know is sit on their new patio and admire their perfect lawn!
